#AskTheExpert sir, my baby is three week old. he is not breast feeding. I am giving him formula milk. is it safe to give formula milk ?

Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and antibodies to a newborn baby never give formula milk as it is not required at all exclusive breastfeeding is a must for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mum there is no doubt that there is nothing like mothers milk for the initial 6 months for the children for the proper growth and development but still in any case you are not able to give breast milk and definitely there is not any problem in giving formula milk as well
