ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. sometimes newborn babies may not pass motion even up to 7 to 10 days also and it is still considered as normal. so if the baby is not passing motion for every 2 to 3 days then you have nothing to worry

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. If your baby is only being breastfed they may not poop every day. This is because their body can use up almost all the components of breast milk for nutrition and there is very little left that needs to be eliminated. After the first 6 weeks or so they can go even a week or two without a poop.
