#AskTheExpert sir, my baby is competing her 6 months on very same month that is 24th of August... being a mother of a baby I am always concern about what should be her diet๐Ÿฅฆ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฅ—๐ŸŒ. so that she get proper nutrition... I shall be highly grateful nd obliged if u suggest some diet chart for my baby... Thank you Ritika

A. Dear Ritika, after your child completes 6 months, you can begin with soft and mashed foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purรฉe. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 timeโ€™s a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
