#AskTheExpert sir my baby is 19 days old. he born premature in 34th week. weight 1300 gm. doctors advise me for ROP. pls advise is this test is mandatory? if yes what preparation are required.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to evaluate once your baby with child doctor in person as it is very difficult to say anything about it without personally examination and proper evaluation of reports. If you are not satisfied with present doctor then take a second opinion in person.
