Dear parents,
Kids need detailed and proper physical examination.
So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed .
You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital.
It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

This is lymph node which is normally harmless.. To dissolve this u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby. Take care
