A. Baby ka weight gain karne ke liye important hai ki aap diet mein fatty and protein rich foods include karein like potato ,rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, rice water and 600 to 700 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
