after a month you can start with Semi solid foods to the baby like vegetable soup or fruit Puri and then slowly move on for solid foods
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. if your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices,caffeine, citrus fruits and their juices, Avoid gassy foods too like cabbage cauliflower as it will trigger baby. Ensure not to add not much oil and spice. Avoid green tea and other heat foods. Avoud cold foods Try to have more fruits and veggies. Have juices frequently. Have plenty of water too. Have Heathy snacks and avoid junk foods. Have soups frequently. All foods you can have post delivery. There is no restriction except less oily n spicy. Non veg too in limits. Have milk twice a day with any supplement powder. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Avoid having anything in cold like juices or cold water.
