#asktheexpert...sir Mera beta 2yrs ka hone wala hai..so usko Mai cow milk deti hu...so cow milk mei koi protein supplement add karke de sakti hu kya like Nan pro,junior horlicks etc..which one is better..

A. Hello mom ji haan aap de sakte hai , but make sure jitna ho saktha hai aap natural and home made food aap de aap ussmein jaggery , turmeric , dry fruit powder mix as well
