mera beta 1 year ka ho chuka hai 5 din pehle ab kya mai usko cow milk dena shuru kar sakti hu aur kya usme thoda sa sugar add kar sakti hu

A. dear mum, you can start giving cow milk to your 1 year old baby. it is better to avoid adding sugar to your babys milk. you should continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
