Q.

#AskTheExpert sir little finger of my 3 month old baby is slightly bent. can it be due to downsyndrome as I googled it. however baby looks completely fine, he responds well, make eye contact and smile as we play with him

A. sir what is underline problem. I took the baby to pediatrician. he said a minor surgery would make it ok. then I went to orthopaedician, he said to straighten it daily. no xray was needed as per him

A. it need it be sen. Child specialist should see the baby . May be it is some underline problem that baby having the symptoms . Some routine test can be done precaution basis of required . No self treatment should be given to baby .
