at this age the kids are more active always it is not exactly according to the theory weight will not be increased.
and also some kids will be over active and will lack in some nutrients so that the weight gain will be less.
give the child with dairy products fruits vegetables dry fruits protein rich food daily one egg one piece of cheese, also peanut butter
