#AskTheExpert sir its my 7week 2day pregnancy. but feeling all time nausea and gastric.. please guide... i am also working and its sitting job also. i have tried to change my food habits also. i am taking milk fruits and home made food only. please guide.

What you are facing is very normal and common.
Please consult good Vaidya , she /he will guide you to use the ayurvedic medication which will heal the gastric issue as well as it won't cause any harm.
