#asktheexpert sir,is this OK for oats in feeding moms

A. Thankyou so much,because I was thinking when we eat oats we lose our weight,so that's leading to affect breastfeeding

A. you can have oats as lactating.. yes it is good for breast feeding mother to have oats.. oats is fibre rich and highly nutritious.. and good for increasing milk.. also take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic ragi dalia sabudana.. to increase breast milk..
