A. To increase baby weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 500-600 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. If she is a fussy and picky eater, feed in a separate room and away from distractions and serve in a kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range. Do not force feed and make eating a fun time.
