Q.

#AskTheExpert Sir ,I have delivered baby last month in January.During 3rd month of my pregnancy in June 2020 last year my bump used to become stiff when I used to get up after sleeping whole pregnancy period it was same situation.Doctor told me it will go after delivery.Now 1and half month has passed but my buttock pain has not gone and slight nerves in thighs are also paining...Please need advice.

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and vitamin d weekly for three months.. it can be due to neuralgia also due to wrong posture.. have sunbath every morning for half an hour

A. hello usually it can take two or three months at the minimum to get back to normal but of the pain is too much then it would be better to check with your gynecologist and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
