give him foods such as dry fruits and nuts, also you can give fresh fruit milk shakes, stuff pranathas, sago , dals, rice, roti, millets such as jowar, bajra, etc legumes such as rajma , chana, panner, ghee can be added to his meals, also you can give eggs if preffered.
