Instead of giving three big meals you can plan to give five meals in a smaller quantity. Also in between you can give milk shakes fruit juice soup, coconut water. Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite. Give home made fresh food which are good for good growth and immunity. And do not feed your baby give the food to baby to eat by herself which is the best practice and they start enjoying eating the food.
