#AskTheExpert sir from 2 days my baby is not having a deep sleep every 20 minutes he wakes up and start crying please suggest what can be done so that he can sleep well like other days...

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it s normal and fine. for a good sound sleep make sure baby room is comfortable and calm.
Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light music can be used.
Can rock or pat the baby to sleep.
