and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml.
you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat producrt and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child.
you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and dfruits and by giving tdhis daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

Hello There is no such read gaining food for the child at any age it’s just that you should work upon a balanced nutritious diet plan for the child so if your child is eating everything that you are making at home then that’s the most balanced nutritious diet that you can expect your child to have
