do take lots of protien rich food, green leafy veggies fresh fruits n lots of fluids post delivery.

Yes absolutely you can have honey daily but in moderation do not have too much of honey also maybe one or two teaspoons or three teaspoons per day is going to be good enough because they have high content of sugar into that so you really need to take care of that
