Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. if your child is able to understand and folllow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the language skills of the child because speech will gradually come.
try to avoid tv mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.

The Only three years old as of now you cannot expect much out of the child at this age kids don’t know what to say when to say and how to say going to learn and once your child starts going to the school you will see a very good change into your child’s behaviour pattern and everything else
