#asktheexpert since one month am suffering from knee pain on right leg.. when I stand also pain is high.. my height is 5'4inch and 70kg weight.. and there is a vitamin d deficiency.. weekly am taking vitsmin d tablets for that..

Actually you are quite overweight you should be somewhere around 60 kg your weight is really much that can be a reason in fact you should be less than 60 also so I think you’re overweight and apart from vitamin D can be associated with deficiency of calcium as well
