#asktheexpert since my son doesn’t latch i exclusively pump and feed him. So my question is 1. Generally once we feed them it should be discarded in 2hrs so what if they cluster feed with bottle do i still need to discard in two hours. 2. Whats the superfood to get more milk.

A. hello dear to increase mother milk you have to take healthy foods like papaya sabudana dry fruits green vegetables like spinach these all helps in increasing milk also you have to increase in take of water
