#asktheexpert since me and my husband both are short, (me 4.11 and husband 5.4), our baby is not as tall as compare to his peers. he's 1yr 9 months, 75cms tall n weighs 9kg only want to know some healthy diet plan and area to work upon to help him gaining both weight n height, plz suggest

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello the height of the child depends either on the parents height or the grandparents height and is genetic and just make sure to include your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet which can help in the growth of your child also whch is better
