#asktheexpert since 5 months I had very high speed milk flow now my milk has reduced anyone suggest pls for increase of Brest milk

A. dear mum , dont worry breastmilk is produced based on the intaje or sucking by the baby but initially after birth the body is still building this balance so production may be more than the sucking but gradually milk production is regulated as per demand if 24 hr urine output n wt gain of baby is normal , active alert baby then milk production is good
