A. Hi Mom, Offer healthy foods that includes vegetables, fruits, dals, dry fruits nuts and seeds, dairy products such as ghee, yogurt, cheese, butter etc. Also give non veg items such as egg, fish, meat etc. Thank you and have a good day.
