#asktheexpert should we avoid having rice and lentils in 9 months pregnancy if baby weight was more in 34 weeks scan and doctor asked to control weight for normal delivery?

A. Lentils and rice are very healthy to be eaten you know how you gain your extra weight when you have a lot of protein during this time or when you have a lot of junk food or unhealthy food so cut down little bit on your proteins carbs and junk food rice and dal is very healthy you can have it every day if you like to eat it
