A. Though cow milk is recommended to be introduced from 1 year onwards, your baby is 11 months old already. To help baby gain weight, apart from milk, add fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 650-750 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids.
