#asktheexpert should I let my 15 month old decide his food portions and water or doing distract feeding is ok ? how to feed without distraction?

A. kindly avoid distract feeding. .offerhim 3 meals n 2 snack a day. n limit milk ibtake up to 16 oz per day. serve him verity of food n encourage for self eating.
