Include fibre foods in diet.
Mashed banana, papaya, chikoo puriee,pear puriee, Steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, apple, cerelac with pulses, grains, millets ,ragi porridge, oats, Dalia kichdi/porridge;mashed rice with moongdal/arhar dal,curd rice,rasam rice,roti , Fruits as puriees or finger foods
Fruits, vegetables, Cereals are rich in fibre increase bowel movements and avoid constipation.
Do tummy massage apply warm coconut oil or warm castor oil gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with fingers.
