If the child is active, not falling sick often then do not worry about the weight and do not compare with other kids each child has his or her own growth pattern.
Give healthy diet to the child which should include
2 fruits per day
2 to 3 katori of vegetables
2 or 3 servings of milk and milk products
3 to 4 servings of roti rice and daal
Include dry fruits , peanuts , lemon water, coconut water, buttermilk too
Reduce intake of chips , chocolates and biscuits in the diet

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily massage and sun light exposure
