A. Hello! Give your 7 year old frequent meals make sure they are nutrient and calorie dense. Try these combinations - paneer paratha, egg pulao, ragi dosa, spout chaat, daal tikki, nuts ladoo, fruit milkshake, fruit yoghurt. Make sure you are including all food groups in her meals.
