But who told you that giving buffalo milk is going to be beneficial for a weight gain for the child it is going to support the growth of the child and weight gain is not going to be considerably happening overall just because of buffaloes milk you have to focus upon a proper diet currently the child child is extremely underweight and that’s a major matter of concern it’s a minimum of 6 kg that your child is underweight you have to consult the doctor conduct a BMR test and also other test required to know where it is going wrong and what’s needed to be done
