#asktheexpert she is 7kg only and not eating properly instead of offering varieties. How do I know if she is healthy and getting enough food and nutrition? And when do baby start walking?

A. Hello good morning !! Your baby is in ideal range of weight no need of worrying about weight if baby is active and achieving milestones. Generally babies start walking on own from 11-13 months while some takes time 15-17 months. Feed 3 meals include rice/roti with dal/sabji/curd , fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, Dalia, sooji,idly, ragi,milk products in baby diet.
