#AskTheExpert She is 11.5kg now, is that fine doctor. whatever new nutritional food is given her weight and look remains same(lean), but smart and active though.

A. hi try to include protiens like dals, eggs, chicken, paneer, soya, tofu, curds milkshakes, lassi mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee paneer parathas egg or chicken rice

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and also include dry fruits and dairy products which also would be helpful
