Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which nfeeds to be ruled out.
Common causfes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

Playing in too much heat or something cannot create stomach pain in gender this is something which is practically little difficult to believe so I think there could be some another reason associated with that so if you are not able to understand it then you can always take an assistance from your doctorWrite Your Answer Here
