#AskTheExpert she dont take food with her hands if given too only needed by feeding

she can't have food by her own
you can only offer some finger foods to encourage her like carrot sticks, potato sliced , fruits slice like papaya, apple slice etc

Baby is still small dear. I would suggest to please feed with your hand. Eat in front of the baby so that baby watches you and try to follow you.
Most babies follow what they see their parents are doing or eating. Sit together and eat together. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength
