Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur kids diet.
Give food in colourful and attractive plates.
Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating.
Give variety of food and choices to ur baby as giving same food daily looses baby's interest in eating.
Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby
