Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. yes it is good for the baby to take eggs, eggs are rich source of proteins.. you can also start with non veg as chicken fish.. as the baby is one year.. you can give scramble eggs boiled eggs or omelette.. as baby prefer..
