Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. to clean the ear of a little one you can use baby ear buds or I would suggest you the ideal way is to take a clean and soft cotton handkerchief and clean the hairs of your child with the same do not use any wipes any oil or any additional home remedy for this it is not advisable at all
