#asktheexpert shall I give my son 1 almond,1 walnut,5 raisins, 1 chasew, 1 date 5/6 cudpahnut all on soaked form ,after making its paste my child is 2.5 years old old

A. Yes you can give it to the child there is no problem you can take about 10 to 12 number of dry fruits in total and accordingly you can give it now it is totally your choice which one do you want to take more and which one do you want to take two pieces of dry fruits to balance it
