Hello Ma’am For a four year old child 20 KG is an ideal weight in fact it is good than ideal weight so I believe it’s perfectly fine you don’t need to worry about the weight as of now just keep your child physically active all the time otherwise I may become an issue if it increases more than 20 kgs at the age of four years
