#AskTheExpert rite now ma baby was 7mon old... I would lke to lose my weight nd tummy stomach.. m feeding nw... so give sum ideas to lose

A. If you’re feeding the child cannot go ahead with losing down your weight because it is going to affect your breast feeding Badi as if you have had a normal delivery then you can go ahead without proper exercising now if that helps you do nothing like it
