#asktheexpert Recently I have started solid journey of my baby. and he gags a lot while having anything. and after 5 minutes he refuses to eat anything. is it normal? I have feed him banana and apple in these 2 days

It’s all normal and common
Offer in small quantity initially
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Take a good care
Give adequate water
Take a good care of your baby
