Q.

#asktheexpert recently got a fever and my breast milk was reduced please suggest how to get my baby fully fed only with my milk

A. Try to latch more often.. make more skin to skin contact.. have protien rich food to get sufficient milk supply. Try to feed in dark room..play some soft white noice. If you can bf as much as possible and express after feed and try to feed with spoon. You can also dream feed your baby

Q. I had breast abscess...and went through operation when baby was 1 month old.After that he never breast fed directly. I fed him breast milk by pumping and bottle feeding.But due to less time of pumping breast milk is reduced. Can breastmilk supply be increased by pumping once it it is reduced? What can I do to increase milk supply?
