According to the details as mentioned here this is considered as to be normal but if you still have doubts regarding this and that this might be something else than you can consult your doctor for further guidance and suggestio!tens about it till then you can keep this under your observation for time.

ears may be itching because of dryness or dirt
use Babyhug ear and nasal aspirator to clean the nose and ears
take care
