ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist2 years agoA. if you are formula feeding , green poop is normal. breastfeeding baby will pass green , watery stools if he is not getting enough hind milk which is fat rich milk that comes at the end of the milk supply. so baby should feed for longer duration at each breast. Teething, weaning foods may cause this. If watery , foul smelling consult paediatrician.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi usually it is normal I mean if a child is taking breastfeeding then it is caused by imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk. and if a child is taking formula ,it is caused by iron supplements of formula so if a child is not showing any discomfort no need to worry.
