Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi parent this looks like some infection and nor the rashes you may apply Cetaphil lotion on the affected area twice a day take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning massage with Babyhug coconut oil please consult your pediatrician about
