Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Yes Constipation troubles a lot during pregnancy and post delivery too.
To overcome this include Fibre foods and increase in liquid intake.
Fruits and vegetables, Cereals, more water,juices.
Have water with empty stomach and walk slowly for 5-10 minutes this will increase bowel movements and avoid Constipation.
