give weight gaining fruits like Banana Chiku custard apple muskmelon also energetic foods like Suji halwa Sheera multigrain laddu homemade energy bar ....
also protein rich food like paneer egg Tofu different sprouts lentils pulses....
also make sure baby is physically active give lot of water to drink
